Consulting & Audit Support

I support companies in the food supply chain and in retail in implementing relevant standards – particularly GLOBALG.A.P. Chain of Custody, IFS Broker and other supply chain standards that are increasingly critical for market access.
My goal is to make requirements clear, put them into practice, and use them as a tool for market access, customer confidence, and sustainable, continuous improvement.
This includes, for example: introducing standards, supporting supplier management, and assisting with internal and external audits.

Trainings & Workshops

Whether a concise introduction, a practical workshop, or a tailored training, I deliver expertise clearly, understandably, and with genuine enthusiasm.
Examples include: updates in the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio, specific aspects of the IFS Broker audit, or trends in supply chain certification and sustainability requirements.
I focus on interactive formats and direct practical applicability.

About Me

For over ten years, I have been working in the certification sector and fruit trade, mainly in stakeholder communication and international client support. I understand the perspectives of traders, producers, brokers, auditors, and trading partners – and I know how complex the requirements can be: legal obligations, increasing expectations from clients and partners, and overlapping standards.

What drives me is working with people, sharing knowledge, and finding solutions together that truly work in everyday operations. I am particularly passionate about making supply chain processes more sustainable, implementing requirements in a practical way, and supporting companies in successfully accessing their markets – both locally and internationally. Thanks to my multilingual work – including German, English, Spanish, and French – I can flexibly collaborate in international teams, connect different perspectives, and, if needed, support projects in additional languages such as Portuguese or Dutch.

My goal is to give you confidence, make complex topics tangible, and develop solutions that have a lasting impact – with a focus on sustainability, continuous improvement, supply chain requirements, market access, and the joy of good collaboration.
